Warranty and Repair Service

In order to receive repair service in or out of warranty you must get prior approval from HIS.

To request warranty service you can call us toll free at 877.762.9790 (678.762.9790 outside the U.S.) or send an e-mail to support@HISmonitors.com. If we determine that service is needed we will give you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be conspicuously marked on the outside of the shipping box. HIS will not accept shipments not accompanied by the RMA number. You must ship or deliver the product to HIS freight prepaid.

The HIS service group will follow up with a problem report within one business day of receiving the product. Most repairs can be completed within 1-2 business days of receipt. No billable repairs will be made without prior approval.

For repairs not covered by warranty, a standard inspection fee of $50 will be charged to determine the nature of the problem. This fee will be applied to any necessary repairs.
